Enters the expenses information in the correspondent report;
Elaborates the centralized report for driving time (drivers and trucks) and verifies the data downloaded from the tachograph cards;
Keeps the evidence of the authorizations (copies in accordance with the first form), ITP, FRC, insurance documents, CASCO, vignette, driver’s documents file (psychological permit, medical, certificate, identity card, driving license);
Keeps the evidence of the access authorization for the restricted areas;
Makes drivers aware regarding the fuel consumption within settled limits;
Ensures the stock for tachographs and thermographs rolls.
